I stayed in Tower last year, in 2017 so I found the staff quite friendly, specially our central manager, Faith has evenly been supportive not only to me but also to all our section (Palm). I again was there some weeks ago as currently my brother is staying in Tower and was glad to see Faith around.
Faith, you are the best! Thanks for everything...
Additional thanks to Raj and Aziz who are also from last year's staff, and to Emma who was very friendly while me being there this year.
